Completed at the end of 2017, the nine-level Loudoun Station garage provides 1,192 parking spaces for residents and patrons of the Loudoun Station mixed-use development in Ashburn, VA. The first of three garages planned at this location, the Loudoun Station parking structure also serves as the start of the Silver Line project. Shockey Precast produced 1,309 precast components for the project, including 427,544 SF of double tees. The garage includes retail space on the ground floor and features architectural finishes that complement the surrounding architecture. Precast erection of the Loudoun Station garage began in March 2017 and was completed at the end of summer 2017.
