One Loudoun Block H Parking Structure

One Loudoun Block H garage is the fourth precast parking structure constructed by Shockey Precast at the One Loudoun complex in Ashburn, VA. Completed in April 2020, the five-level garage features 183,569 SQF of precast and includes three different colors and finishes and a rib pattern cast into the concrete. Like the three previous garages erected for owner Retail Properties of America, Inc. (RPAI), One Loudoun Block H features a “picture frame” EFIS border along with a wood feature inside the frame. The unique design reflects the aesthetic vision that encompasses all four garages.
