Project Overview

Parking…supersized! The six-level Springfield Metro II (TSA HQ) parking garage in Springfield, VA is comprised of five elevated levels of precast produced by Shockey Precast at its Winchester, VA manufacturing facility. The massive 571,606 SF garage features 429,691 SF of precast double tees and was finished with a buff architectural acid etch finish to match the adjacent TSA Headquarters building constructed concurrently with the parking garage. The garage also features rooftop precast planters and was completed by Shockey Precast in May 2019.
