The One Loudoun RPAI Garage in Ashburn, VA highlights the architectural versatility of precast concrete with three different colors and finishes, thin-brick, and a rib pattern cast into the concrete. The garage also features a blue “picture frame” EFIS border along with a wood feature inside the frame. The RPAI garage is the second in a series of four precast garages that Shockey Precast is producing for Owner RPAI at the One Loudoun development. Its unique design features reflect an aesthetic vision that encompasses all four garages.
Erection of the four-level garage began in March 2018 and was completed in April 2018, with an average of 13 precast pieces erected per day. Comprised of 338 precast components, including 103,586 SF of precast double tees, the garage provides approximately 430 new parking spaces for One Loudoun patrons.
