Project Overview

Designed to serve the mixed-use development of New Carrollton Station, the New Carrollton Station Parking Structure is a 272,317-SF garage providing 971 parking spaces to retail patrons and the adjacent residential community. The Shockey Precast Group served as a design-build partner on the project, which features a design to accommodate a two-level vertical expansion and includes an asymmetrical design of 2-3 levels and 2-3 bays on opposite ends of the garage.
