Located in New Brunswick, New Jersey, the 21-story, 114,282 SF multi-family apartment complex will serve as off-campus housing for young professionals and Rutgers University students. Scheduled to complete in June 2020, the fully furnished apartment community will offer many amenities, including 3 levels of parking, ground level retail shops, a state-of-the-art fitness center, dog wash, rooftop terrace and clubhouse, and study lounges. For the exterior, Metromont’s Winchester plant produced 104,780 SF of M-Shell panels with architectural thin-brick façade, which hang off the CIP concrete floors and steel framing. Metromont also produced 7,032 SF of 6” architectural precast wall panels and 2,470 SF of structural gray 6” precast panels for the project. The building’s exterior façade features architectural grey M-Shell panels with a sand blast finish and two colors of thin brick.
