Field Operations Manager Kenny Hess knows a thing or two about living your fullest potential. Kenny began his career with Shockey Precast nearly 50 years ago as a finisher in the Winchester Plant. Over the course of his career, Kenny worked in field finishing and precast erection, eventually being promoted to Erection Foreman. “That was the best day of my life. Traveling from town to town, running my own erection crew – it was a dream come true.” After 10 years as Erection Foreman, Kenny was promoted to Field Operations Manager. “Through the years, Shockey Precast allowed me to grow the Field Operations Department to providing our own crane for erection and starting a trucking business to haul our own products.
