Project Overview

A design-build industrial project located in Martinsburg, WV, the BGP – Clorox Storage Warehouse consists of nearly 137,000 square feet of precast concrete wall panels produced by Shockey Precast at their Winchester, VA manufacturing facility. The new Class A warehouse includes 36’ clear heights, cross decks, LED lighting, and an ESFR sprinkler system. The warehouse supports Clorox company manufacturing operations.
