Wegman’s Parking Garage

Comprised of 95,000 SF of precast double tees and 20,000 SF of precast with an architectural finish, the Wegman’s parking garage in Virginia Beach includes a thin-brick façade with multi-finished architectural precast. Schedule was one of the driving forces of the project, as the parking garage was erected concurrent with construction of the grocery store and needed to be complete in time for the store’s opening. The use of precast enabled construction to progress at a pace that met the owner’s needs and overall schedule.
