BAC Richmond Data Center

For the fast-track BAC Richmond Data Center project, The Shockey Precast Group manufactured and erected approximately 1,590 precast components, including double tees, flat slabs, shear walls, elevator walls, stairs, interior columns, screen walls, beams, and insulated walls with architectural finish. The use of precast made it possible to deliver the nearly 550,000 SF all-precast building within the owner’s desired schedule.
